AuditDirect.nl acts solely as an independent platform and intermediary. Our services consist of connecting clients with independent consultants and auditors for (ISO) certification processes and audits. AuditDirect itself does not carry out consultancy work or audits and does not issue certificates. If you decide to work with a consultant introduced through us, a direct agreement for services is created between you (the client) and the relevant consultant. AuditDirect is not a party to this agreement.
2. Liability and Performance
Although AuditDirect exercises the greatest possible care in selecting and introducing consultants, we are not responsible for the quality, content, timeliness or results of the services they provide. AuditDirect accepts no liability for any damage, direct or indirect, arising from the actions, omissions or advice of the consultants introduced. The performance of the work is entirely at the risk and expense of the consultant and the client.
3. No guarantee of results
The use of AuditDirect's intermediation services and the engagement of an introduced consultant do not guarantee certification, a positive audit outcome or full compliance with laws and regulations. Responsibility for meeting applicable standards always lies with the client.
4. Prices and offers
All prices, rates and offers mentioned on the website are indicative and non-binding. No rights can be derived from them. The final price for an audit or advisory engagement is determined in the quotation of the independent consultant and may differ from the indications on this website.
5. Knowledge base and third-party publications
The knowledge base, blogs, whitepapers and reports on AuditDirect.nl may have been written by external authors or guest bloggers.
